Shipping Policies and Procedures

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING 

  • CocoMo's Cookiery ships cookies throughout the United States using USPS as a third-party shipping carrier. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping).
  • We currently ONLY SHIP ON MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS. This is to ensure your product arrives in a timely manner in the best condition. Expedited shipping options only affect the shipping times not the date the product will be shipped. 
    • Orders placed before Sunday at 3pm (CST) will be shipped out the immediate Monday. (ex. You order cookies Wed-Sun, your cookies will ship Monday. You order cookies Mon-Tue, your cookies will ship the FOLLOWING Monday.)
  • We observe all national government holidays. Any orders due to shipped on a holiday, will be shipped on the following business day.
  • We fulfill all tickets in the order they are received. Increased demand might result in processing delays. We will continue to provide updates on our processing speeds as necessary. Please contact info@cocomoscookiery.com if more information is needed.

 

COCOMO'S SHIPPING GUARANTEE 

  • CocoMo's Cookiery offers domestic shipping only.
  • CocoMo's Cookiery is not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 
    • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.
    • Please note: Reshipment is not always an option- please contact info@cocomoscookiery.com for more information.
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. USPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
  • Increased demand due to the holiday season (typically November + December) might result in processing delays. Processing times are independent of shipping times. Additional delays might arise due to increased package volume of shipping carrier.

 

COCOMO'S FRESHNESS GUARANTEE

  • All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays using USPS Priority Mail
  • Each cookie is individually packaged and sealed, placed in our branded, corrugated box, and tightly packed with packaging material. These measures are taken to ensure the quality and freshness of our product during transit.
  • For best results, we suggest enjoying the cookies within 5 days of arrival.
  • If unable to enjoy immediately or if you would like to prolong the enjoyment or our cookies, freeze upon arrival for up to 12weeks (3 months).
    • To enjoy cookies from the freezer, please allow 30minutes for the product to thaw or consider reheating in microwave or oven.  Reheat instructions:
      • Bake for 4 minutes in oven at 350°
      • Microwave for 10 seconds on high

RETURNS 

  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, CocoMo's Cookiery does not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@cocomoscookiery.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please provide a photo and detailed description of your issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your CocoMo's Cookiery experience.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims sent after the 48-hour delivery window or claims submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for return, refund or reship.  

 

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS 

  • For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact us at info@cocomoscookiery.com We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be accepted if order is already processing or in production.
