  • Do you have a storefront?
    • CocoMo's Cookiery operates as an online cottage-bakery in Fort Worth, TX. We do not have a storefront, but we accept online orders for shipping and local-pick up. 
  • Where can I place and pick up a local order?
    • Items for local pick up are only available during our announced pop-up sales.
    • Have a special request or large order request? Send us an inquiry by visiting the "Contact Us" tab.
  • What are your business hours?
    • Online ordering for shipping is available 24/7. Our business hours for virtual inquiries and correspondence is Wednesday-Saturday from 12pm-6pm. Since we are an online bakery, all correspondence is coordinated via email or text. Unfortunately, calling is not available at this time. 
  • Where are the desserts made?
    • All of our desserts are baked, packaged, and shipped from our cottage-bakery in Fort Worth, TX.
  • I want to place an order but I never know when you all are available. What gives?
    • Since our owner and sole baker is also a full time educator, our availability to provide you with Cocomo's goodness around the clock is limited. Our peak availability happens during holiday breaks and weekend pop up shops, however, if you have a special request, shoot an email to info@cocomoscookiery.com to inquire. We try our best to accommodate requests as we can. 

Shipping, Pick Up, and Delivery

  • How does shipping work?
    • CocoMo's Cookiery ships cookies throughout the United States using USPS as a third-party shipping carrier. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping).
    • We currently ONLY SHIP ON MONDAYS and TUESDAYS. This is to insure your product arrives in a timely manner in the best condition. Expedited shipping options only affect the shipping times not the date the product will be shipped.

    • Since you're an online bakery, where do I pick up my order?
      • If you choose to preorder for local pick-up, your order will be available at our online pick up address which will be emailed to you in your order confirmation.

    • Do you offer delivery?
      • We aren’t currently offering local delivery, but we do offer pick-up in central city locations and host several pop-ups in the DFW area.

    • Can you customize my cookies?
      • While we don't offer custom decorated cookies, we can offer custom packaging solutions including but not limited to custom cards and inserts. Please contact our sales team today for more information.

    • What ingredients do you use?
      • We use only the highest quality ingredients available. We also prefer to use Texas made/grown when possible!
    • Do you have an allergen-friendly cookie? (ie. gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, etc.)
      • Not at this time. All of our cookies are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that also processes gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts.

        While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.

    General Care Instructions

    • How long do the cookies last?
      • We suggest you enjoy your cookies within 5 days of receiving them. If you don’t plan to enjoy them immediately, store them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
    • Can I freeze leftover cookies?
      • If you somehow end up with leftover cookies, we suggest you place the cookies, as originally packaged, in your freezer for up to 3 months.

        For added freshness, place packaged cookies in plastic wrap or a plastic bag.

    • Can I reheat my cookies?
      • If you would like to enjoy warm cookies follow the reheat instructions below:

        Reheat you cookies in the oven at 350° for 4 minutes or 10- 15 seconds in the microwave (all microwave ovens vary)
